Claims and Elective Option information from the Department of the Navy’s Camp Lejeune Claims Task Force

The Justice Department and the Department of the Navy (DON) have instituted a separate effort to address the filing of claims and possible compensation under the Camp Lejeune Justice Act (CLJA), called the “Elective Option.” This effort offers a way to more quickly resolve qualifying claims under the CLJA.
